So you think if I punch a black cop I can play the race card to get out of jail time for it? Yeah me either. What really sickens me about the whole thing was how quickly she used her trump card. Although from what I have read the general public and even the black caucus wasn't buying it.

WASHINGTON - A grand jury declined Friday to indict Rep. Cynthia McKinney in connection with a confrontation in which she admitted hitting a police officer who tried to stop her from entering a House office building.
