Most of Kentucky got hammered with an ice storm a few days ago. Will likely be without power for 2-3 weeks minimum. Best way to describe it is pics of WWI battlefields where only tree trunks remain standing.
Thanks to good advice from some Quiet Professionals a few years ago we slowly stockpiled enough food and supplies to last 3 months off grid. We have back up heat sources and a generator so we should be set.
Posting from the iPhone is tedious so it will be infrequent.
